Q: What is the biggest personal change in yourself that you have noticed after doing this course?

My biggest professional change has probably been a growth in the ability to listen well, have empathy and compassion as well as confidence in helping to provide hope and empower clients in their abilities to help themselves. Knowing I have something to offer that is valuable!
