Students Tell Us What They Like About Studying At aifc

Over the years our graduates have gone on to use their skills in ministry and to fulfill their vision for their career goals to help the community as skilled professionals and qualified counsellors.

Students have a lot of good things to say about studying at aifc. Read the following Facebook comments that have been left with excellent ratings from current and former aifc students.

This course needs to be part of school education…exploration and revelation of self, life, relationships and God, even without the God component so many foundations to prepare you for life stages, challenges, marriage, personalities, character, temperament, parenting, sex, culture, communication, addiction, acceptance, respect and all the ground work for relationships. Which is ultimately a part of life that can make us or break us, and a part of life we are never without. Rebecca Lucas

Best thing I have ever done, it has changed and is still changing my life and the life of my family. Great staff, great material, I recommend the diploma course even if you are not interested in counselling. Danielle Marie Schimke

I am privileged to be doing my studies with AIFC. I have such a heart to see people’s life being transformed. I believe that I will be an effective Counsellor and Family Therapist through the great holistic teaching & practical application I’ve received and continue to receive. I totally recommend AIFC to those considering doing counselling. Melita Webb

Love every minute of involvement with my studies. I study away therefore miss face to face class and I wish I could actually turn up in a class to have hands on experience with a learning group. Skype interaction is great to keep connected with peers and tutor. Study materials and books are excellent. Praise the Lord for aifc. Evie Kiss

A wonderful course. I am studying part time and looking forward to doing the second half of my diploma course next year. A lot of courses require that you have a degree in something first, to do the graduate diploma in counselling. I am so happy this course enables me without a prior degree to progress through counselling studies. Frances Gall

I’m only two weeks in to my first year with aifc and am already astounded at the care and nurturing that this environment creates. It has been THE BEST learning environment I’ve ever been involved in; the amount of care that goes into us as students (both naturally and spiritually) is remarkable and so very rare!! Am thoroughly enjoying it so far and looking forward to a great year, or two, or three ahead!! Thank you so much aifc!! Ps. Brisbane team rock! Vanessa Chang

I completed the first year in 2015 and while hard and stressful at times, it was a great and rewarding challenge. I am doing the course via Distance Education Program, which works really well for me. I am not suited to a classroom environment. Trina Richmond

Studying with AIFC was a life-changing journey for me. Over 5 years into my private practice as a Counsellor after graduating with an Advanced Diploma of Counselling and Family Therapy through AIFC I am still so thankful for the wonderful training I received. This training gives the practical skills to be an effective Counsellor as well as providing a theoretical base. I thoroughly recommend AIFC training. Sue Dean Adv Dip C&FT

I’m blown away by this course. Just thought I’d share. Jane Sanderco
