In Memory Of Imogen Petrak – Former Student

Please join aifc in prayers for the family of Imogen Petrak, a former aifc student from the Gold Coast who tragically lost her life after she was admitted to hospital for symptoms of an ear infection, now believed to be a rare form of meningitis – bacterial meningococcal.  Imogen had undergone an emergency C-section giving birth to baby Eleanor at 36 weeks into her pregnancy. The infection traveled to her brain causing swelling and irreversible brain damage. Imogen was eventually taken off life support.

aifc would like to extend our condolences to husband John who is now looking after their two children and for their extended family.

To help support Imogen’s husband and children please visit the Go Fund Me Page.

Isaiah 41:10 –  So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
