A Pathway That Shapes the Whole Person
Our Christian Counselling Pathway is designed to help you grow in wisdom and practice at every stage:
Pathway 1 | Starting without a bachelor degree
Students begin with the Diploma of Counselling at aifc, gaining strong practical skills, supervised learning, and Christian formation.
On completion, graduates receive direct credit into the Bachelor of Counselling with our higher education partners ACOM, a member of the Australian University College of Divinity (AUCD).
This allows students to move seamlessly into university-level study without repeating content or incurring unnecessary cost.
Pathway 2 | Already hold a bachelor degree (any field)
Students with an existing bachelor degree can enter directly into the Graduate Diploma of Counselling at aifc.
Graduates may receive up to 50% credit toward a Master of Counselling with ACOM/AUCD — accelerating progression to postgraduate qualification and professional recognition.

- Deepen your understanding, refine your approach, and apply advanced skills under supervision.
- Complete your professional formation through our Higher Education partners and prepare for leadership in counselling, ministry, or community care.
