Cultivate
Human Flourishing Practitioner Credential
Christian counselling skills, mental health awareness, spiritual care and practical support skills for people who support others.
Recognise distress. Respond wisely. Promote biblical human flourishing.
Equip your staff, leaders or care team together
The Cultivate – Human Flourishing Practitioner Credential can be completed individually, but it is especially powerful when a team completes it together.
When staff, leaders or care teams learn the same language and framework, they become better equipped to recognise distress, respond wisely and promote biblical human flourishing across the whole organisation, school, church or ministry context.
This is a practical way to build shared capability across your team — not just individual confidence.

Your Formation Journey
A guided path in Christian support, spiritual care and human flourishing
Across 8 weeks, you will move from recognising what people are carrying, into practical response skills, and then toward a wider vision of biblical human flourishing.
Each stage is designed to help you grow in confidence, wisdom and care as you learn to support people through real-life conversations, trials, suffering and complexity.
Recognise — Weeks 1–3
Learn to notice what is really going on beneath the surface — distress, grief, spiritual struggle, relational pressure, burnout, trauma or life complexity.
You will explore Christian foundations for helping, active listening, communication, empathy, attending, respect and the importance of safe and supportive relationships.
Respond — Weeks 4–5
Develop practical Christian counselling skills and support conversations that help you respond with wisdom, presence and structure.
You will explore mental health awareness, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing, and how to support people without moving outside your role.
Promote Flourishing — Weeks 6–8
Bring your learning together through grief and loss support, crisis awareness, boundaries, referral pathways and reflective practice.
You will consider how to support people toward wholeness, hope and shālôm — not simply short-term relief — using Tov’s biblical framework for human flourishing.
Formation that stays with you.
Across decades, roles, and places — people return to what they learned here.
