Middle and emerging leaders are the backbone of every organisation—translating vision into day-to-day culture, supporting people, and carrying complex responsibility, often with little formal preparation. This program is designed to change that.
Healthy Leadership is an AITSL aligned, blended, practice-based microcredential that forms confident, relational, and resilient leaders. It integrates proven leadership frameworks, coaching, practical tools, and real workplace scenarios with a strong grounding in Christian spiritual formation and values-based leadership. The program develops capability in leading self and others – communication, relationships, decision-making, delegation, change leadership, and healthy team culture—while strengthening sustainable rhythms and habits that prevent burnout.
Participants complete an actionable capstone leadership plan and receive Healthy/Emerging Leadership Certification, plus a recognised microcredential and digital badge.
Flourishing Teams is designed for teams who want stronger trust and healthier ways of working—whether you’re ready to go to the next level, or you’re navigating strain and need a reset. This program uses a unique, integrated approach that combines team training with team coaching, so learning becomes practice and practice becomes culture.
Together, we build the foundations of a flourishing team: psychological safety, relational alignment, clear communication, shared expectations, and practical rhythms that reduce friction and increase momentum. Teams learn how to handle tension early, give and receive feedback well, strengthen accountability without fear, and develop a shared way of working that supports both wellbeing and performance.
The outcome is a team that is more grounded, more aligned, and more effective – able to pursue its purpose with clarity, trust, and sustainable performance.
High-stakes conversations are culture-shaping moments.
Crucial Conversations & Healthy Conflict helps leaders and teams navigate high-stakes moments with clarity, courage, and care—because these conversations quietly shape culture. This practical course builds capability in difficult conversations, early de-escalation, healthy boundaries, and repair after rupture, with a focus on restoring trust and strengthening everyday ways of working. Participants also learn mediation foundations and simple tools that turn tension into alignment rather than drift.
Optional practice extension: In person and AI simulated conversations
Through our partnership with ACTS Education, participants can practise realistic scenarios with AI conversational avatars—repeatable reps, transcript-based feedback, and guided reflection prompts that build confidence and fluency, so skills become practices and practices become culture.
Relational Health & Family Systems helps leaders and teams understand what’s really happening beneath the surface of workplace relationships – especially under pressure. When anxiety rises, systems predictably drift toward reactivity: over-functioning and under-functioning, conflict triangles, emotional cut-off, blame, and “quick fixes” that don’t last. This training gives leaders and teams a clear map of these patterns and practical ways to respond with steadiness rather than intensity.
A core focus is differentiation—the capacity to stay connected while staying clear about who you are, what you’re responsible for, and what you’re not. Participants learn how to lead and relate from a calm, values-aligned centre: holding boundaries without shutting down, engaging without absorbing anxiety, and influencing the system without becoming reactive within it.
We translate insight into action through tools, guided practice, and real workplace scenarios, so new ways of relating become repeatable habits. The outcome is a healthier, more resilient team system – cleaner communication, stronger trust, wiser conflict, and leadership that creates a secure base where people can do their best work and flourish.

The Leader as Coach equips leaders to use a coaching approach that grows people, strengthens relational health, and lifts everyday performance. Instead of carrying the load alone or defaulting to telling and fixing, leaders learn how to develop ownership, capability, and maturity across their teams—through conversations that are clear, human, and practical.
This training uses a simple, field-tested coaching rhythm that leaders can apply in real time: You will learn models of coaching including our proprietary SIRTON model and others models to connect and build trust, clarify the focus, explore what’s really going on, and commit to clear next steps with accountability. Leaders learn deep listening and powerful questions that help others think well, take responsibility, and move from insight to action—without rescuing, controlling, or avoiding the hard issues.
Leaders and emerging leaders will also learn when to coach and when to direct, how to coach through performance and behaviour challenges, and how to create the conditions for psychological safety. Grounded in proven coaching practice and a values-based, faith-informed posture, this microcredential helps leaders cultivate a steady presence and a development culture—so growth becomes normal and impact multiplies over time.

Psychosocial Health & Safety equips leaders and teams to build safer, steadier workplaces where people can thrive—while strengthening risk management, governance, and day-to-day systems. This practical course helps leaders recognise psychosocial hazards early, have clearer workload and boundary conversations, and apply supportive leadership practices that reduce harm. Participants also learn how to embed effective processes—consultation, practical controls, escalation pathways, and regular review—so psychosocial health and safety is managed as a living system, not a one-off initiative. Ideal for organisations moving from reactive wellbeing to proactive, governance-ready culture.
