Spiritual Formation
At Tov Academy, spiritual formation is built into the student journey. It is part of how our courses are designed and delivered.
Alongside academic learning and professional skill development, students are invited to grow in spiritual maturity, self-awareness, discernment, and Christian character, for the Sake of Others. We see this as essential preparation for the work they are being called to do.
Supported by a Dedicated Team
Students at Tov Academy are supported by a dedicated team who walk with them throughout their studies.
This includes qualified trainers and assessors who journey with students through each stage of learning, offering guidance, feedback, encouragement, and academic support. Our aim is not simply to help students complete a course, but to help them engage their learning with confidence, depth, and purpose.

Formation does not happen in isolation. It happens over time, through truth, practice, reflection, and community.
At Tov Academy, we want students to experience learning as part of a community — a place of shared growth, encouragement, belonging, and meaningful connection. We believe learning is strengthened when students feel known, supported, and part of something larger than themselves.
