Before Making Changes to Your Enrolment
Before withdrawing, deferring, or changing your enrolment, please review the relevant census date for your study period. This will help you understand any academic or financial implications.
You may also wish to review the relevant policies and procedures before submitting a request.
What Is a Census Date?
A census date is an important enrolment deadline within each study period.
If you withdraw from a unit before the relevant census date, you may avoid incurring tuition fees for that unit. If you remain enrolled after the census date, the applicable tuition fees become payable or, where relevant, form part of your VET Student Loan debt.
If you are considering any change to your enrolment, it is important to check the relevant census date before taking action.
