Values for Life and Leadership

Values are the convictions that shape what you prioritise, how you make decisions, how you relate to others, and how you respond when life or leadership feels complex. You may know what matters to you, but in seasons of change, pressure, responsibility or growth, it can become harder to name your values clearly and live them consistently.

This microcredential gives you space to slow down, reflect, and clarify the values that are most true to who you are and the way you want to live. Through a guided 90-minute workshop, you will choose the key areas where you want to live with more clarity, authenticity and purpose. Then, using the trademarked Monostory™ process, you will clarify the values that matter most in those areas and turn them into practical ways to make choices, relate to others, communicate and lead.

What is Monostory™?

Monostory™ is a trademarked values clarification process that helps you name what matters most and turn it into a practical guide for how you live, decide, relate, communicate and lead. You will begin with a short pre-session reflection to identify the key areas where you want greater clarity, authenticity and purpose.

In the guided 90-minute session, you will clarify the values that matter most in those areas and explore how to apply them in everyday life, work, relationships and leadership. After the session, you will receive a personalised Monostory™ Report that captures your values, insights and practical applications, giving you clear language to communicate and live your values.

Monostory™ can be accessed as a standalone experience or as part of a curated Tov Academy formation pathway.
