Tov Academy, formerly The Australian Institute of Family Counselling (aifc), is the training and learning hub within the tov ecosystem – created to help people and organisations learn and grow in wholeness, wisdom, and skills for today and the future. We offer accredited training, nationally recognised qualifications, and practical pathways that equip people for real life and real leadership. Alongside this, our microcredentials and short courses provide flexible, targeted learning for today’s needs – personal formation, professional capability, and vocational preparation. For workplaces and schools, Tov Academy delivers tailored training that strengthens culture, leadership, wellbeing, and the conditions for human flourishing.
